1986-87: Burnet Avenue Business Association Development Plan; Cincinnati, Ohio

Hired by City Department of Community development to facilitate an overall planning process for all small business owners on Burnet Avenue; running between Erkenbrecker and Forest avenues. Assistance defined was: formulation of an overall business plan for actions and improvements in the physical structures and business needs of each. Once plan had been initially created a cost estimate was generated to illustrate the overall financial need for the listed and agreed to priorities. The major intent was to aid businesses in planning, understanding economic income stabilization or possible growth if at all appropriate.
Met with each individual business owner(s) and obtained historical data on business, the state of its fiscal positioning, it issues preventing increase income potential, space requirements and adequacy, establishing action steps for 5 to ten years outlook, and, then collectively assembling overall district issues needing attention. Final plan was presented to City for Business Association.
